Eagle Pharmacy

Eagle Pharmacy, located in the heart of Kraków's former Jewish Ghetto, is a small yet significant museum dedicated to the memory of the Holocaust. The pharmacy was owned by Tadeusz Pankiewicz, a Polish pharmacist who, during World War II, used his establishment to help Jews living in the Ghetto. The museum's exhibits include original furnishings, medical equipment, and personal items that tell the story of Pankiewicz's courageous efforts to provide aid and comfort to the Ghetto's inhabitants. Photographs, documents, and multimedia presentations illustrate the harsh conditions and the extraordinary bravery of those who resisted oppression. Eagle Pharmacy stands as a poignant reminder of the human capacity for compassion and resilience in the face of unimaginable adversity.
