Charles Bridge

Charles Bridge, a historic stone bridge spanning the Vltava River, is one of Prague's most famous landmarks. Constructed in 1357 under the auspices of King Charles IV, the bridge is adorned with 30 baroque statues of saints. The bridge connects the Old Town with Lesser Town and offers spectacular views of the city's skyline, including Prague Castle and St. Vitus Cathedral. Lined with street artists, musicians, and vendors, Charles Bridge is a vibrant and bustling pedestrian thoroughfare, particularly lively at sunset.
